Stippled Rose Birthday

Highlighting the Spotlight technique

A card on a white card base. the next mat is a navy and blue patterned piece of DSP on top of this is a piece of White card stock stamped with roses and leaves. A circle as been cut out of this pattern near the top coloured placed on a blue mat placed on dimensionals and put back in the same place. This is called the spotlight technique. There is a yellow below the circle to the right. Underneath this is a strip of white card with Best Birthday wishes stamped in blue..

Stippled Rose Spot Light

This Stamp Set Stippled Rose was perfect for creating this detailed and beautiful background for this technique.
Using the Spotlight Technique for the Stippled Rose Birthday really made this card special.
After stamping I cut a circle out with the Deckled Circle dies coloured just that part of the image.
Then adhered to the mat placed on Dimensionals and put it back in the exact same place.
It can be achieved with any stamp and is easy to do!
