One bundle… THREE Christmas card ideas!

I’ve been playing with the Stampin’ Up! Holly Jolly Branches Bundle and had so much fun seeing how different the cards look simply by changing the colour palette.

💚 Traditional green — created during my LIVE with ink blending, heat embossing and watercolouring.

💙 Cool blue — a soft, wintry Christmas look.

💗 Pretty pink — because Christmas doesn’t always have to be red and green!

I love showing how one bundle can take you in completely different creative directions. These are all handmade Christmas card ideas that you can easily adapt to your own favourite colours.

Same elements… completely different take!

I’ve used the Fern & Flora Bundle and moonlit flora Designer Series Paper again, but this time I’ve created the circle in a different way to give the card a whole new look.

It’s amazing how simply changing the way you layer and arrange your pieces can create something completely different!

Blackout Embossing Technique using the Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder from Stampin’ Up!’s Valley in Bloom Suite.

This simple card-making technique creates such a dramatic result! Colour the recessed design on the debossed side of your embossed cardstock, then swipe black ink across the raised areas. The colours underneath really pop against the black background, creating beautiful contrast and dimension.

A great way to get even more from your 3D embossing folders and create something a little different with your handmade cards.

I’ve combined the Lily of the Valley Bundle with the Valley in Bloom Designer Series Paper, using die-cut circles to create this fun layered and interwoven effect.

It’s such a simple way to add movement, texture and lots of interest to a card while letting the beautiful DSP do the talking. Happy Crafting
