Don’t throw away all those beautiful left over strips create beautiful cards instead.
I often look at all my left small strips and think what a waste! But this technique will ensure you use every last piece of that gorgeous Designer Series Paper. To highlight this I have created two Birthday Cards with Floating Strip Technique.
I have used only DSP but alternatively you could include embossed card stock, stamped card stock or any left over strips you have.
For this card I have used the absolutely Stunning Waves of the Ocean Collection. My DSP is being well loved and I have plenty of odd bits and pieces left over.
The Stamp set and Dies are carrying over but don’t miss out on the Designer Series Paper and Embellishments they will be no longer available by end of April.
The Designer Series paper is unbelievable and I have a short clip to share with you on how this was created.
Waves of the Ocean it really is fascinating.
Alternatively for something a little more feminine this has been created with the Hand Penned DSP so soft and delicate. This gorgeous Paper is also retiring soon. See the Last Chance link below.
Each card has 1/2 ” wide strips adhered to a Window Sheet.
A tip here is to place your sheet on top of a piece of grid paper and this will help you adhere in a straight line.
