This month’s Global Stampin’ Video Hop is all About Royalty

A greeting card on a white card base. The first mat is gold and on top of this is a Purple Gorgeous Grape Cardstock with a quilted pattern and pearls in each cross. In the middle is a large sentiment that Celebrate the outline is gold embossed and is filled in with purple. Under the sentiment top and bottom is gold leafing. The is a Night of navy gold speckled bow under the sentiment. On to of the letter C is a small crown with rubies in it.
Colours of Royalty

For me I do not have any royalty themed stamps so I decide to go with the colours of Royalty and share how to Create Your Own Textured Background.
Purple is always a colour that I relate to Royalty with, Pearls and Gold!
In the video below I share with you how to create the quilted style background using the Simply Scored Board.
The gold leafing is from the Thoughtful Wishes Dies and was perfect.

The cute little crown with rubies.

There was however a cute little crown in the Queen Bee Stamp set that I gold embossed and added some rubies with the Red Enamel effects. It really is super cute.
