Global Stampin’ Video Hop- DIY

For my DIY card I will share with you how to stamp on dark Cardstock.

A greeting card on a white card base. There is a black mat and on top of this a piece of Blueberry Bushel cardstock. This piece has been stamped on with white ink. then coloured with water colour pencils. the scene is underwater, you have coral at the bottom with pink urchins and a yellow star fish. The green seaweed is going up the left hand side and a large piece of see through orange coral in the middle.There is a yellow and black angle fish on the right. A bermuda Bay Turtle top right and schools of purple and organg fish swimming around. There is also small white bubble. The sentiment is white embossed on black cardstock and reads thinking of you. It is 2/3rds of the way down on the right. There is also 5 sparkly gems.
Diving Underwater

This months Global Stampin’ Video Hop- DIY was really great to highlight that we make all the cards ourselves.
For this theme I have created an underwater theme for a Thinking of You card. This can really be for any occasion.
In my video I share with you how to stamp on dark card stock.
This can easily be achieved with White Craft Ink and Water colour pencils. But watch the video for more detail.
We have some amazing Underwater themed stamps Sea Turtle and Beauty of the Deep.

This piece has been stamped on with white ink. then coloured with water colour pencils. the scene is underwater, pink urchins and an orange brown anchor at the bottom. There is a piece of green coral and A large piece of see through orange coral in the middle. % large orange and pink fish are swimming at the top. There is also small white bubble. The sentiment is white embossed on black cardstock and reads thinking of you. It is 2/3rds of the way down on the right. There is also 5 sparkly gems.

The Beauty of the Deep

The above card is stamped on a Blueberry Bushel piece of cardstock and this one is Night of Navy.
Both work really well for that underwater feel
