Happy New Year Light the Sky

Happy New year to everyone may 2024 be amazing!!

A crad that is on a coastal Cabana Card base then glittery foil layer on top with a blue mat on top of this. On this mat is an explosion of colours with fireworks. Diagonal in Coastal Cabana is the sentiment White Embossed reading Let's Celebrate. There is a metallic blue bow to the left of the sentiment.
A sky full of amazing fireworks.

Looking forward to a brand new year and I wanted to share with you these Happy New Year Light the Sky cards.
For this card I decided to use our Soft Pastels which certainly needed a dusting off. The colours turned out well after a few trial and errors. In the end I scrapped some of the colour onto our New Glass Board, mixed it with a very small amount of water then painted onto the stamp.

A card with a Starry Sky base a mat of sparkly paper then a strip of Coastal Cabana Cardstock that takes up about 2/3rds and slightly to the left. on top of this is a blue mat with an explosion of fireworks. The sentiment is white embossed on a blue strip of cardstock and reads Let's Celebrate.

Alternatively for this card I have have used the Josephs Multi Coloured Coat Technique. This is where you blend colours onto a piece of basic White Cardstock, then Clear Emboss your image. Afterwards you blend on a darker colour I have used Starry Sky. Clean with a micro fibre cloth and you have this magical finish.
