How to make your Embossing Folder Pop

Simple but Effective

A card on a white base that has brown vintage look with a distressed tile embossed piece on the top. Happy Birthday is White embossed and comes out of soft water coloured, Lost Lagoon and Pool Party Flowers. There is a linen thread bow under the bottom flower.
Distressed Vintage Birthday Card

There are so many ways to use your Embossing folders and this is just one.
How to make your Embossing Folder Pop is really so simple but so effective.
For this example I have used the stunning Distressed Tile 3D Embossing folder a favourite of mine.
The Designer Series Paper is from O Holy Night and has a fabulous neutral/vintage wash look.
The flowers are from the Rustic Crate Bundle which I have White Embossed and lightly Water Coloured.

This is a close up of the Distressed look. To make the imagery really pop once you Emboss your paper using either a light sand paper or Emery Board, gently rub over the top. This whitens the highest peaks and really makes them stand out.
