I couldn’t wait to share this card with you I really love how pretty it is. I combined some great techniques a blended background, White Embossing and Water colouring. These techniques together give such a WOW and together made My Favourite from The Simply Succulents Bundle

For the background I have used Balmy Blue and Granny Apple Green and our new Blending Brushes. For the Pots I have stamped in Early Espresso and water coloured giving that soft look.
The Simply Succulents Flowers are White embossed and then water coloured. To create the background pieces I have first water coloured a piece of shimmer paper and then die cut out the pieces. As you can see I have cut down the large full piece die to a smaller piece for the background.

Free as a Bird has the cutest birds and I have selected one from this Stamp set to perch on top of the pot. This adds a lovely whimsical element to the card. All the elements are die cut out and arranged on the layered mats. To add more of a 3D feel I have used light Smokey Slate Blend pen to add shadows at the base of the pots.
