Ranunculus Romance Vintage Style

A layered and textured card that has that vRomantic feel.

I love creating vintage style cards and couldn’t wait to try it with this set. The images are perfect.
This style card is really about a lot of layers and textures which is something that I really enjoy.
Adding Lace and Doilies also gives that touch of Romance and yesteryear.
Ranunculus Romance. Vintage Style was such a joy to make.

The detail on the stamps in Ranunculus Romance are outstanding, it really adds so much to the image.
To get the two colours on the Stamp I have used the Subtle Stampin’ Write Markers which are perfect for this. Just colour the areas in the appropriate colour, give it a good huff and stamp.
To roughen up the edges to create the texture I have just run my Snips along the edges, just make sure it isn’t your best pair!

Tip on how to make the Blushing Bride Curls.

These are such a beautiful addition and so quick and easy. Just cut a very slim strip of the card stock, then using the Stampin Spritzer, spritz it with water. Then wrap tightly around a paint brush, depending on the size of the paint brush, this is will change the size of your curl. Wait until fully dry before gently removing.
