Embossing Vellum part 2 and Coordinating colours

Fresh freesia Thank You card. A Fresh Freesia Card base with a large strip of Fresh Freesia Shimmer Vellum across the front that has been embossed with Thank you's in many different languages. The large Thanks has been coloured the Whitest. To the left is a posy of Fresh freesia Flowers that have been white embossed and water coloured.. Around this posy is a Fresh Freesia bow with white twine.

The new In-Colour Fresh Freesia is so pretty I just love the purply pink hues. It is very soft and feminine.
Perfect for saying Thanks with flowers and a card. Plus taking the time to hand make something is always special and well received.

For this card I have incorporated quite a few of our coordinating Fresh Freesia products. The card base is Fresh Freesia Card Stock, the Mat is the In Colour 6 x6 Designer Series Assortments, the Vellum and of course the Sheer Ribbon.

From this angle you can see the coordinating strip of DSP on the inside.

Coordination is something that Stampin’ Up! does exceedingly well which i find fantastic. It certainly makes creating beautiful cards and projects easy.
After embossing the Fresh Freesia Vellum I lightly used my Emery board to make the words pop even more and also added White Chalk Marker to Thanks. This ensured it stood out even more and became the sentiment. Adhering the Vellum to some Basic White Card stock finishes it off perfectly. The flower is from The Shaded Summer Stamp Set and is White embossed on Shimmery Paper before Watercoloring. For the flowers I used Fresh Freesia and the leaves Granny Apple Green ink. When finished I fussy cut out the image and placed on Dimensionals, then tied a bow with the Sheer Fresh Freesia Ribbon and White Twine.
