Sweet Christmas Fancy Fold

Easy Fancy Fold that is stunning!

These were my last Christmas Cards of the Season and I really feel I left the best for last! It is a simple Fancy fold (totally me) and highlights our gorgeous Designer Series Papers (patterned papers). It was inspired by Lisa Cursio thanks so much Lisa.
With this Sweet Christmas Fancy Fold I used the absolutely sunning Traditions of Christmas Specialty papers which have been my favourite with reds, pinks, greens, blues and pops of gold.

2 Christmas cards with colours of red,green,blue,pink and touches of gold. They have a fold down the middle and the two sides pull out. The front has a large gold hoop snow tipped trees and Holly the words read Merry Christmas.

Large Gold Hoops were perfect for creating the focal point on the front of the card and also helps keep the card closed. Creating snow on the Holly leaves and Trees was a simple technique that I highlight in the video below.
In the background I have used a large Gold Pine Branch from the Christmas Greenery Dies. The Holly Leaves, Gold Pine Branch and Trees were in my stash of unused items from previous projects, I always love when I can re purpose these items and they do not go to waste.

Opening up the card you can see even more of the stunning paper this fold is just perfect for your favourites!
The measurements are as follows
Take a piece of 12 x 12 DSP (patterned Paper) and cut to 5 1/2″ x 12″

On the longside score @ 2″, 4″, 8″, 10″.
On the shortside mark at 2 3/4″ top and bottom. (this is halfway)
Taking note of which side of your paper is up if you have a pattern that requires cut on an angle up to the top on the send scored line (watch video) on both sides.
