Water Colouring to Create Beautiful Leaves with love of Leaves. This Suite Gilded Autumn and Love of Leaves Bundle is SO beautiful. I am so in love with its versatility and all the stunning Elements

For this card I have water coloured a piece of Fluid 100 Water Colour Paper. This became the insert for the negative Die cut.

Wow the dies not only cut but also emboss. The negative image from the dies is stitched and I have used it here. The insert for the leaves not only cuts but embosses. BUT wait there is more! The Acorn Trinkets are stunning! A friend of mine made earrings from them as they are so solid and beautiful.

On this occasion I have kept the colours traditional for Autumn but I have seen beautiful alternatives in pinks and blues.

Our Fluid 100 Water Colour paper is wonderful to use. I spritzed some water on prior to adding colour to allow for plenty of movement. This also means the colours will blend together nicely. I used Cajun Craze and Pool Party.

Measurements and Method for Water Colouring to Create Beautiful Leaves;

Thick Very Vanilla 29 x 10.5 cm
DSP. 14.5 x 10 cm
Early Espresso 8 x 11.2 cm
Very Vanilla 7.6 x 11 cm and scrap for sentiment.

For this card I have used the Tent Fold. The Front Very Vanilla Panel was Die cut with the Stitched Rectangular Dies. Using this panel I then cut out the Leaf keeping the insert to adhere to front.

After allowing the water coloured piece to dry I adhered to the back of the leaf before mounting on Early Espresso.

Thank you is Stamped then fussy cut out around the words. using the Ribbon that comes with this suite I deconstructed until I had threads. I tied a bow with the Pool Part Threads and the Acorn was threaded with the copper.
