Timeless Tile Stamp and the Kissing Technique

No not that kind of Kissing ! A fun technique to give your images texture.

This weeks technique is fun and has such a fabulous name! Sometimes on those more solid stamps you want a little bit of texture on them. This is where the Kissing Technique comes in. One of the best sorts of stamps to do this is a background stamp. Because it is a large stamp it will give you a different impression each time. So I have used the Timeless Tile Stamp and the Kissing Technique.

This card has a little twist on this technique with White Embossing the Timeless Tile pattern first and then stamping the image. Like the negative image of the original.
This card I wanted to make very feminine so have ripped the bottom edges of the layers and added some Scalloped Lace Trim. This gives a very soft look.

The hearts have a lovely texture and interest on each one.

What could possibly be a more masculine card using the Kissing Technique and the Faux Ripped card Technique.

This card is using the same heart images from the Sweet Conversation Stamp set. But kissing the Timeless Tile stamp on to it afterwards. As you can see having a large background stamp to do this technique means you can get a different pattern each time.
The background is the faux Ripped card technique which I also did a video on. I will list this below for you.

For my final example I am sharing another negative Kissing Technique with the gorgeous Artistic layers. I have White embossed the Timeless Tile then stamped the leaf image before die cutting.
