Creating Projects with the Whale of a Time Suite. The Ocean is a very magical place, and as I am a diver this suite appealed to me straight away. Included is a Photopolymer Stamp, Dies, 6x 6 DSP (Designer Series Paper) Embossing Folder, Sequins and Ribbon.

The DSP in particular is a favourite and makes it very easy to create cards using just this alone. For this card I have used the DSP that reminded me of a scene in the film Finding Nemo. Turtles swimming in the EAC, such a great scene and brought back wonderful memories.

In actual fact I have only used the stamp to create the sentiment otherwise this card is made using only DSP. To give the illusion of 3D I fussy cut 3 additional turtles. These range from large to small and are placed on Dimensionals. It makes you feel they are swimming right past you!

Roughing up the edges of the paper gives more texture to my project and is a favourite technique of mine. The sentiment is stamped onto DSP the second time on a different colour, I only used the word LOVE and adhered to original piece. This really highlighted the word LOVE.

Of course most of my projects are not finished until there is ribbon and bling. Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon does not disappoint it is gorgeous, giving that shimmery water effect. Additionally the sequins are also a must there are even some cute little CalypsoCoral shells.

Creating projects with making the DSP the focus is fantastic and some DSP’s are just too beautiful not to! On this card I used just the Botanical Prints DSP as the feature.
