Combining the One Horse Open Sleigh Papers and the Grove Dies to create this card.

As soon as I saw this cute little deer in the One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Papers (found in Online Exclusives) I wanted to pair her with the Grove Dies. I am so pleased how it turned out I really do think it is Cute Cute Cute ! That adorable little face peeking out through the forest trees.
For this card the Designer Series Paper really does all the work! These papers though do have so much more there is a mix of double-sided images, both scenic and patterned, making it ideal for layering, setting the scene on a card front and more.

The front layer of the card I cut out of Basic White cardstock and coloured with Blending Brushes. There is a link below on Instagram icon that takes you to a short video on how I created this card.
Top Tip: To get the dappled look instead of rubbing the brush in circular motions I tapped it on top. This gives it that texture.
For both the branches, grass and tree trunks I have added layers of colours. Different shades of Green for the branches and grass Granny Apple Green, Old Olive, Shaded Spruce. The branches are a combination of Pebbled path, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso.
