How to Colour with Thumping and Shading is this weeks Facebook Live. Because I love colouring I thought I would explore more of what could be done with Stampin’ Write markers.
Sadly I felt I had neglected these great tools and wanted to look at some different ways of using them. Of course they are great for standard colouring or using different colours on one stamp, but I wanted to see what else they could do.
The technique Thumping is one of them and is where you tap added colours to a preinked stamp. This gives the image a realistic look and I used palm trees for this example.
The other is using them to shade which is what I usually do with my Blends. But the Stampin’ Writes worked great and really gave the image a 3D look.
