With the gorgeous Gears & Texture Bundle.
As soon as I saw this Gears & Texture Bundle it went to my must have list , I just knew there was so much I could do with it. So in this post I want to share with you some Simple Steam Punk Ideas including a gorgeous pink option!
This style of card making is about creating layers with stamping and different elements and colours. When I start I like to think about the colours I want to use then I will die cut a stack of the elements to play around with. I like to put them on rearrange and play until I am happy with how it looks.
The same with the stamping I stamp elements in full strength , and stamp off to get different shades etc.
For this card (see video below) I have used different shades of Secret Sea, Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie. There is also the pop of Cherry Cobbler Red on the Toadstools.
To add even more interest, I have randomly added VersaMark and Copper Embossing to the cogs.
You can create so many different looks this is a simpler version and I have added some Coastal Cabana to this card. With blending stamping and the die cuts.

Plus of course a pink version!! Using this bundle can be any colours you choose so of course I had to create a pink version.
On Fluid 100 Water colour paper I have added Bubble Bath, Flirty Flamingo and Melon Mambo after wetting the paper. Keeping the paper wet I have also stamped and once dry stamped again.
