Snow Front
This is the gorgeous easel card that Jacque Williams, Nicolette Morning and I taught recently at our Christmas Extravaganza Event. It is such a beautiful card and uses the stunning Seaside Spray Card stock which was embossed then highlighted with the Silvery Shimmer Inkpad.

Instructions

Fold the 4 1/8 x 11 ¾” (A4) Smokey Slate card along the 5 7/8 and 9 3/4” score lines. This will create the easel shape. Adhere the 4 1/8 x 5 7/8” Smokey Slate panel to the 2” section of the card base. Emboss the 5 ¾ x 4” Smokey Slate panel with the Subtle Embossing Folder and ahere to the card front.
Adhere the 3 7/8 x 5 5/8” Seaside Spray piece to the inside of the card. Emboss with the Trellis folder the 3 ¾ x 1 ½” piece. Tap the paper with the Delicata Silver ink and adhere to the bottom of the 3 ¾ x 5 ½” Whisper White. Attach the small Silver Glimmer strip. Stamp the inside of the card as desired (I used a tree, the bird in Real Red, and another sentiment).
To create the front of the card, watercolour wash the 3 ½ x 3 ½” Shimmer White card with Seaside Spray to create a background. Let dry. Use a Sponge Dauber to ink the trees in both Old Olive and Seaside Spray. Spray stamp itself 2-3 times with a light mist of water, and then stamp. Let dry. Stamp the deer in Early Espresso. Stamp the swooshy image in the Delicata Silver ink. You can also add “speckles” in Seaside Spray ink using any dotty stamp (I used the one from the coordinating Waterfront stamp set here).
Emboss the 5 3/8 x 3 5/8” Seaside Spray card with the Trellis folder. Tap the paper with the Delicata Silver ink. Adhere the stamped image to the Seaside Spray. Adhere both pieces to the 5 ½ x 3 ¾” Smokey Slate piece. Tie the Real Red ribbon around and add the Silver Glimmer paper die cut (from the Christmas Layer dies). Adhere to card front with Dimensionals.
Heat emboss with White Powder the sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas onto the 2 7/8 x ½” Smokey Slate piece. Flag the end with scissors and adhere to the card with Dimensionals. Add a Real Red Rhinestone.
