Combining Waves of the Ocean and Timeless Tropical was perfect.
These two stamp sets were made for each other and it really does feel like I am lying on a tropical beach with waves crashing on the shore. Wouldn’t that be nice!
The wave image has been White embossed before using the Blending Brushes to create the background. I have used the Waves of the Ocean and Timeless Tropical Stamp sets for
This Tropical Ocean Birthday Card.
To add to the texture an interest of the card I have firstly embossed a Basic White mat with the Splatters Embossing folder and then on top of this I have added a ripped piece of Vellum. This really adds some softness as well as added interest.
For the palm trees I have used the Thumping Technique I will add a link below for the tutorial.
This image from the Waves of the ocean is a DistINKtive stamp and needs nothing but stamping. It is so wonderfully detailed and is perfect for the front or inside you card.
