You will not Believe what you can do with one Inkpad!
VersMark is a watermark, clear and sticky type ink which makes it perfect for so many different ideas in Paper crafting.
It really is so versatile and I am so excited to share with you WOW 6 Amazing Techniques with VersaMark! Of course it is well known for Embossing, Stamping with VersaMark adding Embossing Powder and heat setting it.
This technique was definitely one of the wows for me when I first started card making, and I couldn’t wait to learn more.
Each Monday night I do a live on my Facebook page and my Youtube channel where I love to share ideas, inspiration and techniques.
So this card is highlighting a few of the amazing ways that VersaMark can be used. See below for the video on each of these ideas.
There is watermark stamping, this is where you stamp onto card stock and it gives a lovely tone on tone look which is perfect for a more subtle look.
You can use the Ink pad to run over embossed card stock to make the pattern really pop.
Using the VersaMark Inkpad on the edges of your card stock gives it that extra layering look and adds more texture.
Another subtle look is stamping onto cardstock and letting it dry for a little bit before using a dauber and some of our Pastels to colour the image.
If you enjoy scrapbooking it can be a great tool to subtly add lines on the cardstock to help writing in a straight line.
Plus of course the technique most people know using it with Embossing Powders.
More Inspiration with Versamark
VersaMark stamped as a watermark was perfect for the design of this card. The word Happy from the Love this Moment stamp set is large and bold. Therefore stamping it in this way on the Summer Splash cardstock gives it a lovely tone on tone look.
The flowers and leaves in the middle are simply cut from Basic White card stock using the Petal Park Builder Punch, so fresh.
A Punch makes it so easy to cut out multiple flowers and leaves.
