When I first saw this stamp set I knew it was for me, birds and flowers perfect!! There is so many beautiful combinations with this set and the dies to match. There is also co-ordinated DSP (Designer Series Paper ) that comes in black and white which enables you to colour it whatever colour you like. My resolution this year is to use more Designer Series Paper (DSP) I always buy it as they are so beautiful and then don't want to use them!! So with these 3 cards, I have used DSP! I saw this idea of a pop and twist card on Pinterest and was really keen to give a go. It is always hard having to make a sympathy card for someone, because of the circumstances. Recently a very dear friend of mine lost her father and I wanted to make something special for her and after a few attempts, I decided on this card, simple but warm. To make this card I used the 'smooshing' technique for the leaves which was fun and the Colorful Seasons stamp and Seasonal Layers Thin lit Dies set.
