Eden’s Garden with Gold Embossing Technique

I have two cards to share with you using this technique that adds so much wonderful texture.

Edens garden , a card is Landscape on a crumb Cake base . the first mat is stunning DSP with a green background and white leaves. There is a patterned edge in Soft Succulent Green and Gold. There is a strip of Evening Evergreen Cotton paper that has been scrunched up and given gold embossed highlights. In the middle is a gold wreath and inside on white is stamped Dear Friend How are You. In the top right hand corner is a flower made with the gems and a bow tied to the bottom left of the wreath.

Today I would like to share with you two cards, highlighting the stunning Cotton Paper that is unique to this suite.
It comes in two colours Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent, is used as a strip here, with Eden’s Garden with Gold Embossing Technique.
The fabulous flower is created using the absolutely stunning Garden Gems, which I love!

Eden’s Garden boasts green hues and are gorgeous, from our two new in Colours Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. They pair perfectly with Gold, mind you i think anything does!
Instead of the strip in the above card I have used the technique to create the background on this card.
It really adds so much texture and interest.
the wreaths in both cards are from Eden’s Dies and for this wreath I have used the Ever Eden DSP


Edens Garden on a white card base. landscape.the first mat is Soft Succulent Cotton Paper that has been scrunched up and highlighted with gold embossing powder. there is a strip of cork paper running across the middle. There is a large wreath that has been die cut out of DSP There is a white rectangle in the middle stamped with blue and green leaves on the left and the sentiment reads sending Hugs. there is a gold bow on the bottom right of the wreath.

How do you do the Gold Embossing Technique? It is simple and requires scrunching up the cotton paper into a ball which is so much fun! Spread the paper out but not to flat. (always cut your paper slightly larger than you want as it does shrink)Then rub lightly with Versamark, sprinkle with Gold Embossing Powder and heat with Heat tool.

Eden’s Garden Collection is a prerelease from our upcoming catalogue in January. For this release it comes with stunning DSP in hues of green, some cotton paper and gorgeous embellishments. These are only available until stocks last and wont carry over. Only the stamps and dies will.

This is both cards highlighting the Gold Embossing Technique with the Cotton Paper. It also highlights the gorgeous green hues of this suite, it really is stunning
