I live in New Zealand and actually live on a large section with mainly native bush. Our entire family love the bush and the Fern is such a beautiful symbol of New Zealand. So to create my Sons Masculine Birthday Card The Forever Greenery Suite was my first choice.
The Designer Series Papers (DSP) are just stunning and I couldn’t select just one to use. So I used a few by cutting them into 1.5 cm strips and arranging in different directions on the Old Olive mat. This is a perfect way to use up all those many scraps that you may have lying around.
I then fussy cut the large fern from a sheet of the DSP to place in the centre as the focal point.
The Stamp set Forever Fern does not come with a Birthday Greeting so I have used Itty Bitty Birthdays for this. I love how you can adapt any set to what you need with different sentiments.
So I was able to create the perfect Masculine Card with Forever Greenery that really represented what my son loved.

Measurements:
- Thick Whisper White 4.5 ” x 9″
- Old Olive 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 2
- DSP strips 1/2 “
- Whisper White. 4 x 4 ” and enough for sentiment.
