Celebrate in Elegance with the Best Dressed Suite. Truly a quick and easy handmade card with a touch of class. What woman doesn't like a bit of sparkle, bling and gold! I have fussy cut the shoes from the beautiful DSP (Designer Series Paper) from this Suite. Then used some fine tip glue and glitter to really add that sparkle.
