The Global Stampin' Video Hop this month is all about creating Handmade Gifts This Quick Easy Handmade Gift Idea of a candle holder is fun for all ages. All you need is some glass jars which you can find quite cheaply in second hand stores or somewhere like K Mart. Plus some Mod Podge and Epsom Salts.For these jars I have kept a rustic feel using twine around the top but of course ribbon would give a gorgeous look as well.
